EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION STEPS
PURSUE hosts an exhibit space featuring a variety of products, services and colleges that benefit our teens.
All Exhibit Spaces are 10’x4′ and include one 6′ table.
Spaces are assigned by the PURSUE exhibits team.
$160 – Commercial Exhibit Space.
$100 – Non-Profit Commercial Exhibit Space.
$80 – General Exhibit Space. Exhibitors may not sell items at a General Exhibit Space.
Electricity ($25 additional fee)
Price includes registration for 2 people. Any others attending with your organization must register and pay the registration fee.
Exhibitors must reserve hotel rooms independently from registering for the Conference.
Special conference rates for overnight rooms are available at either the Harrisburg Hilton (the central location for conference events) or the Crowne Plaza (one block away) by using the PCTC link below to reserve rooms.
While all attempts are made to keep your group’s rooms close together,
no guarantees can be made due to the layout of rooms at the hotels.
Each floor has a mix of rooms with two beds and rooms with one bed.
Your best bet at getting the rooms you want is to book early, making your best guess at your group’s final registration needs.
Please read carefully the cancellation policy of the hotel you choose to use.
There are possible financial penalties for canceling rooms close to the conference dates.

The Pursue Christian Teen Conference is neither responsible nor liable for Exhibitor’s material.

Payment of the exhibit fee does not guarantee exhibitor the right to display any and all items.
The Executive Team reserves the right to edit or prohibit displays at any point during the conference weekend.
