We encourage all churches to book their rooms at the Hilton. This is the main location for the conference and the Hilton cuts us breaks on meeting space because of the room block we use. Please consider booking your rooms with them and help the conference keep this great relationship working well. They have the following rooms available at a special conference rate:

Once you are on the Hilton site booking a room is simple. To begin the process, click on “Book a Room” to receive the PCTC’s preferred rate.
The special room rate will be available until January 25th or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first. A one night deposit will be charged on January 27th, 2018 to guarantee the rooms and it is non refundable.
Any cancellation of rooms before January 27 will incur no cancellation fee. Any cancellation of rooms after January 27 will incur a cancellation fee of one night’s room and tax for each room reserved.
Please indicate the name of your church on each reservation. Failure to do so will limit the Hilton’s ability to place all rooms with your church in the same area of the Hotel. Cots are $10 extra per night and we can only put one cot in each room.
The Hilton has the following numbers of rooms on each floor: 16 rooms with 2 double beds (D2), 10 rooms with King beds (K1) and two rooms with King beds w/ fold out sofa bed (K1DRQ). The king rooms with the sofa beds do not connect to any other rooms, there are two on each floor, and are located at the opposite ends of each hallway.
The Crowne Plaza is our overflow hotel and is located just 1 block south of the Hilton. They have the following rooms available at a special conference rate:
